The requirement of fuel is increasing day by day and with the requirement these matural gases and fuel are decreasing. In this sutiation biodiesel has been evolved like a boom for the people. Biodiesel are the alternatives which people can use for fulfilling the requirement of petrol and diesel. Biodiesel are also help the people in saving both money and nature in a well manner. Biodiesel are mainly made from the waste and with nonedible oils which people cannot use. For extracting the biodiesel the Enzymatic Biodiesel process is one of the best option for the people as it is considered one of the best process for production of biodiesel. This process mainly consists of the water and the fatty acides with the added value of the glycerol byproducts for the bioreactor design. With the help of enxymatic process people can convert the waste product into the biodiesel.

The production of diodiesel mainly involve the process of Transesterification which is one of the most important process. In this process the exchange of the organic ester with the alcohol used to happen. The process also includes the catalization of the acids with the base catalyst. This reaction mainly includes the accomplishation with the help of the enzymes and the lipases. In the process of the transesterification the ester molecule used to create the double bond with carbon and with the oxygen which is mainly known as the carbonyl carbon. The alcohol molecule and the ester molecule used to react with the precence of the acid or the base form the new ester. This process mainly include the transformation of one ester with the another ester.


biodiesel are mainly a renewable fuel with are very good alternative for the fossil fuel resources. Enzyme transesterification for extracting the biodiesel mainly divided into the non-catalyzed reaction and the catalyzed reaction of the enzyme only. This reactions have more advantageous than the other method of reaction becouse of its mild reaction conditions. With the help of the enzyme transesterification people can easily recover the biodiesel product and their is not waste generate in this process.
