Methanol recovery system

The methanol is an alcohol , it is a chemical compound also known as methyl alcohol, rubbing alcohol, carbinol alcohol. It is the simplest alcohol. The Methanol recovery system  is to collect the discharged organic vapor during the manufacturing, storage, loading and unloading processes of various industries and reuse.  In order to finally meet the emission standards and create certain economic benefits for the user. The absorption process is suitable for the treatment of low and medium concentration oil vapor. As long as the appropriate absorbent is available at the site, the absorption process is recommended due to the easy operation and reduced investment. However usually applied in combination with the other process, the absorption process can also be applied only for the treatment of easily soluble substances in the water, acid or alkaline liquid.

Many materials can be added to the water to reduce both the hydration temperature as well as the freezing temperature. Methanol or one of the glycols is applied usually monoethylene glycol. The economics of Methanol recovery system may not be favorable in all cases. The prevention of hydrates with methanol and or glycols can incur certain high costs due to the high dosage. High concentrations of these solvents aggravate potential problems with the scales in that the solubility of these in the water is reduced and most of the scale inhibitors are precipitated. This in the liquid phase of the water achieving the required depression of the hydration temperature.
